     Recently there was uproar in google news. Google finally officially patented search box is very famous. Google homepage is a search box with the search button or two in English is called the Google Search Box With Two Buttons. Of course this bring google competitors move as quickly as possible to do the same thing. At first it was patented patents seem trivial but is actually very important. Because the slightest thing could have stolen other people who will claim it as his or ciptaaan. Like this is happening in Indonesia.

So basically, anyone who medesain search engine or search box with a similar layout to the design google search box will be subject to copyright infringement. Well, the problem is how Google will assert this patent against Yahoo! and Ask.com whose designs similar to Google's Home Page?
